Abstract submission - Guidelines
Instructions for authors
Please follow this general information to submit an abstract to the CIASEM 2011.
Abstract submission will be closed on May 30th, 2011.
Abstracts should be submitted only through the CIASEM 2011 website www.amemi.org/ciasem2011. To submit your abstract you have to create an account with a login and a password. This account can be used to track the abstract review process and to access the comments of the referees.
The reception of any abstract will be automatically confirmed. After submission, abstracts will not be accessible for corrections.
Abstracts should be a condensed version of the final presentation. Write the text so readers who are not specialists will be able to appreciate the purpose of the study and understand the procedures and conclusions. The text, entirely written in English, Spanish or Portugues, must include short introduction and motivation of the study, including experimental procedures, main results and conclusions. It is not necessary to divide the text into sub-sections.

Abstracts not meeting the criteria above will not be accepted. Accepted abstracts must be presented by a registered author. Because major revisions may affect a symposium organizer’s decision to accept your abstract, please review it carefully before submission. After submission, abstracts will not be accessible for corrections.
PRESENTATIONS — Presentations can be either oral or as a poster. The authors may express their preference about the form of presentation. However, the Program Committee reserves the right to decide the form of presentation. Oral presentations, invited or contributed, as well as posters and slides for oral presentations should be in English. Each symposium room will be supplied with a projector that can be connected to a computer. You must bring your own computer if you need it during your presentation.
