Commercial Exhibition

Information
The CIASEM 2011 will have an exhibition area (Gran Salon Yucatán) holding up to 35 booths measuring 3x3 meters each.
Exhibitors could plan at organizing a larger booth space that incorporates several modules. They will be informed about the structure of the exhibition hall in advance and also will be aware about the final position prior to the event.
Exhibitors will have 1 day in advance (Saturday, September 24th) for equipment setup and 1 day (Friday, September 30th) for dismantling.

Other Information
The elevators have capacity of load of 1,000kg.
The exhibition area is supplied with tension 120 V.
A special briefing is available for exhibitors.
